Mock Properties is a full service commercial real estate and development firm founded in 1995 by brothers Butch Mock and Michael Mock with in-house general contracting capabilities performed by its subsidiary M.A. Mock Enterprises. M.A. Mock Enterprises was founded by its current president Michael Mock over 20 years ago and specializes in the design and construction of commercial projects including Mock Properties Fairview Center development and associated medical, dental and general office tenant improvement construction. In the past, M.A. Mock Enterprises specialized in the construction of NASCAR race team facilities and custom homes and has completed projects for several well known NASCAR personalities including the late Dale Earnhardt, Rusty Wallace, Joe Nemechek, Todd Bodine, Ron Hornaday and Ray Evernham.
